For over 18 years, Gaertner PC has provided remote IT support to our clients as a fast and convenient way to diagnose and address computer repair problems. From programs not functioning correctly to annoying pop-ups or sluggish performance, most issues can often be resolved in a short and secure appointment. Depending on whether you have a Mac or PC, one of the two downloads below will be necessary to complete the connection.
